Each camp is hosted by our college staff here at Jacksonville University. Our camps range in ages and we should have a program to fit your needs. Our weekly softball clinics are designed to give local players an inexpensive opportunity to train on a consistent basis with our staff. The idea is to get high reps with a focus on correct fundamentals as often as we can. JU Weekly Softball Academy Clinics are open to kids 7th grade and above and will be capped at 20 kids per night.

 

Times

All sessions will take place from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

Session 2 ... February 10th

Session 3 ... February 17th

Session 4 ... February 24th

 

Cost

$25.00 per session

 

Equipment

Campers should provide their own equipment, including glove, sneakers & cleats, softball pants and practice clothing. Pitchers must bring their own catchers.

 

Check-in

Check-in will take place 30 minutes prior to the start of camp time.

 

Waiver Information 

Campers will need to complete the following medical waiver prior to participation in camp. The waiver may be faxed back to JU Softball at 904.256.7631, emailed to Erica Ayers at eayers1@ju.edu or brought with you on the day of camp.

What if I have to cancel a Clinic?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
