Blankenship, Seymour Earn Softball VaSID All-State Recognition
George Mason senior Brooke Blankenship and freshman Liz Seymour added to their accolades for the season on Friday, each earning Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) honors. Campers will be given the opportunity to display their skills in front of our coaches. This is a college recruiting camp. This camp is geared towards high school athletes who are looking to play in college and get recruited. The recruiting showcase will be headlined by GMUs coaching staff which includes head coach Joe Verbanic, and Assistant Coaches Kiana Quolas and Justin Walker.

Equipment: Each player must bring her own softball equipment. Players should bring a batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, glove, sweats, catchers gear, kneepads, tennis shoes, cleats, athletic clothing, visor or hat and water bottle.
Information & Medical Release Form (attached). Please deliver filled out and signed form to the registration check in.
Facility: The George Mason Softball Complex was selected as the site of the 2000 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division I Softball Championships. It is an outstanding, well-maintained and high-quality playing facility.
This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.
