Gressley Named to NFCA All-Region Team
Florida Atlantic pitcher Rose Gressley was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association South Region Second Team on Thursday.
Gressley, who recently finished her playing career at FAU, ended the season with a 20-13 record and a 1.99 ERA. She was named to the All-Sun Belt First Team and made the Sun Belt All-Tournament team, after leading the Owls to the championship game for the second time in three years. Her 20 wins were a team high and the most since Jen Musillo's 26 in 2007.
The all-region teams were chosen by NFCA member coaches from each region, and all the honorees will now be eligible for selection to the Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-America first, second or third teams.

Owl Softball Academy Camps are held at Florida Atlantic University in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. The staff at Owl Softball Academy are excited for the opportunity to work with you at any one of their many softball camps in Florida.
The objective of Owl Softball Academy is to create an environment to develop softball skills and fundamentals, while providing an opportunity to showcase your talent in a competitive environment. Our camps range from youth instructional camps, specialty clinics and High School select camps. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.

Owl Softball Academy camps are held at the beautiful campus of Florida Atlantic University. We use our stadium and our practice field for teaching and evalutating the players talent. We will also utilize the cages and weight room to give each camper the full FAU softball experience.
