Petersen Sports Complex
The Petersen Sports Complex is built on 12 acres at the peak of Pitt's upper campus, and provides state-of-the-art homes for the Panthers' baseball, softball and men's and women's soccer teams. The Petersen Sports Complex not only gives Pitt student-athletes nationally competitive facilities, but it also rejuvenates a previously untapped area of land that neighbors the University of Pittsburgh campus.
Combined with the premier venues of Heinz Field, the Petersen Events Center, the UPMC Sports Performance Complex, and the newly renovated Fitzgerald Field House and Trees Pool, the Petersen Sports Complex will offer students, parents and fans an enthralling sports experience that stretches from Oakland to the North Shore to the booming South Side.
Vartabedian Field
Softball has a skinned infield with an artificial grass outfield, along with lighting. The stadium includes team dugouts, hitting and pitching practice areas and a press box.

Welcome to Pitt Softball Camps! Our camps and clinics focus on the development and improvement of your skills as a softball player. Our camps are highly instructional. Instruction will serve all ages and skill sets. Thank you for your interest in Pitt Softball and we look forward to working with you!
Our camps range in ages and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time please check back to the site as we add new sessions often.
